Whole Lamb Deposit for March 2024

9 month old lambs from Elizabeth’s private herd. We have butcher date for March, when the buck lambs will be 135 lb, and we anticipate their hanging weight to be 70 lbs. Price is $6 per lb hanging weight, or approximately $420 + $120 processing. Net weight should be approximately 50 lb, or $11/lb net weight. Final price will be determined after hanging weight is taken and processing fees are invoiced by the butcher.
